Buck is the Team Lead for DISCO’s Account Executives. With 20 years of Sales and Relationship Management experience, he is well versed in helping his team provide an unparalleled experience to our prospects and customers. Buck received his BA in Business/Managerial Economics & Psychology from Lafayette College in 1997, and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for a family of companies related to the sport of Parkour, as well as an Independent Film Production Company. In his free time, Buck enjoys live music, parkour, and volunteering with the Special Olympics.

DISCO Cares - The Power of Giving

Four months ago DISCO launched our DISCO Cares initiative.  The outpouring of support from our co-workers passionately wanting to helpafter Hurricane Harvey was so impressive. Our passion to help is so strong that we decided to create a way for employees to do more on an ongoing basis.

At their core, people are meant to help others. Think about it – it's that simple. We hear or read quotes like, “together is better,” “living is giving,” and “pay it forward.”  Why?  We strive – actually yearn – to give.  I am beyond proud of the DISCO team because of their passion to help and to give.  At the end of the day, isn't that what is really important?

I would like to share a couple of recent giving events coordinated with DISCO Cares that literally bring my tears to my eyes.  The first I would like to describe myself, and the second I would like you to hear from the other DISCO employees as well.

DISCO Cares – The Power of Moments During Hurricane Harvey

Proud is an understatement.  Writing this blog with watery eyes is a much more accurate description.  I am beyond fortunate to be part of a team that clearly showed and continues to show its true colors post-Hurricane Harvey.

The DISCO team has the heart and fortitude that no one else can match.  Harvey was, and continues to be, a monster, but a monster that we will overcome and never forget...we are Houston Strong!
