This week marks another 2015 milestone for Disco, the fastest growing ediscovery solution in the legal technology industry. As of June 1, two more exceptional individuals have joined our executive leadership team. They are Neil Etheridge, our new vice president of marketing, and Dianne Borges, our vice president of customer success. You’ll be hearing a lot from them in the coming months, but I want to elaborate here on why I believe Disco has been able to attract such talent --- and will continue to do so as we grow our organization and introduce, new innovative solutions for the legal profession.
It’s especially satisfying to have a legal tech industry pro like Neil Etheridge join Disco as our VP of Marketing from Recommind. Not only does Neil bring a deep understanding of law firms, legal departments, and the legal tech industry, he exhibits a true passion for delivering revolutionary legal technology that matches our Disco vision and culture.
Throughout the interviewing process Neil expressed on several occasions that he was impressed with how Disco is taking a different approach to helping lawyers and lit support professionals practice the law more effectively --- one that creates solutions that work the way lawyers want to work. And that ediscovery is one piece of a much larger puzzle facing law firms and general counsel in a legal technology industry that is ripe for innovation from a software as a service leader like Disco.
The same goes for convincing a seasoned professional such as Dianne Borges to become our vice president of customer success. Coming to us from a position as vice president of client success at Bazaarvoice, the world’s largest social commerce network, Dianne talked with several of our Disco customers and partners before making her decision to join us. She is excited not only about the outstanding satisfaction expressed by current customers, but also with the potential for taking our support efforts to a whole new level as we grow and expand our solutions for law firms and enterprise legal departments.
Unlike a lot of younger organizations, Disco has been able to attract literally the best and the brightest leaders in their respective disciplines. And it’s that kind of professional leadership that enables us to attract and retain the outstanding talent that drives our innovative culture and extraordinary output.
With Neil and Dianne on board, and the recent addition of Keith Zoellner as VP of Engineering and Product Development, Disco has the world-class executive team ready to guide our organization in transforming the way the legal profession leverages technology.
